PMs Page

The PMs page is displayed in the Repair Center, Shop, Department, Account, Zone, Customer, and Classification modules. In each module, the PMs tab provides sub-tabs listing the assets, schedules, and work orders associated with the currently accessed record through a Preventive Maintenance Schedule.

Features on this page also allow you to print, export, or email the displayed data, refresh the displayed results, and configure the setup of the display. The default report setups, which may have been altered in your organization, include the following:

There are four sub-tabs at the top of the PMs tab listing the assets, schedules, and work orders associated with the record through a preventive maintenance schedule.

  • Assets: A list of all assets directly associated with the currently accessed record. Each row lists the asset icon, asset name, parent location, and current PM Cycle Start method. In addition, this sub-tab provides the ability to establish a common PM cycle for designated assets associated with this record. To view an asset listed on the report, click the asset name. The specified asset opens in a new window.

  • PM Schedules: A list of all assets directly associated with this record that are tied to a preventive maintenance schedule. If an asset is tied to multiple schedules, a row will be listed for each PM schedule.

Each row lists asset icon, asset name, asset ID, schedule frequency (base recurrence), next scheduled maintenance date, and next procedure to run.

To view a schedule listed on the report, click the row. The specified PM schedule opens in a new window.

  • PM Work Orders: A list of all open PM work orders generated for assets associated with this record, sorted by assignee. Work orders with multiple assignments will be listed for each assignee. Each row lists the work order ID, reason, asset ID, work order target date, and assignment hours.

To view a work order listed on the report, click the row. The specified work order opens in a new window.

  • PM Backlog: Same information as PM Work Orders report, filtered for work orders that are past due (where the target date is prior to the current date).

To view a work order listed on the report, click the row. The specified work order opens in a new window.
